Susceptio is a multi-tenant SaaS that helps regulated businesses receive large files from their clients through an encrypted, audit-ready web form. This policy describes how we handle information collected through this marketing site and the Susceptio product.
Information we collect
When you request a demo via our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company, industry, company size, and any message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and provision an evaluation tenant. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
Customer data
Files and metadata our customers receive through Susceptio belong to our customers. We process them as a service provider under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; customer-managed keys (BYOK) are on the Enterprise roadmap.
